All orders are processed within 1-2 days, including Monday through Sunday.

The estimated transit time for shipping is 3-5 days. Deliveries are made Monday through Sunday for orders within the U.S. Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We provide FREE shipping on all U.S. orders.

The estimated total delivery time is 4-7 days for orders within the U.S.
Do I get a tracking number with my order?
Yes! Your post-purchase email will include your order tracking number and a link to our tracking tool. Simply copy the tracking number from the email and paste it into the tracking tab here . How are items packaged?

I’ve changed my mind. How can I cancel my order?

My order arrived damaged or is missing. What should I do?
If your order arrives broken, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report it to us within 30 days of delivery along with a photo of the item. We will either issue a replacement or provide a full refund. If your order appears missing but the tracking indicates delivery, contact your local carrier to confirm. I ordered several items, but they arrived in multiple shipments. Why?
We strive to ship all items together, but occasionally orders may be split due to product availability, vendor requirements, or the size of the order. Rest assured, there is no additional cost to you for multiple shipments.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
If you received the wrong item, please notify us immediately so we can send the correct product. We’ll provide a pre-paid shipping label for returning the incorrect item at no cost to you. Important: Any returned item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is submitted.
